GHI Shines at ICHSU 2018 with Onstamp and Be4.0nd Technology

One of the most important academic conventions in the world focused on material, processes, and equipment research for hot stamping was held in Hefei, China, from August 20 to 22, 2018. This conference provided an international platform for advanced forming technology and its future development in China and globally.

GHI Smart Furnaces received amazing feedback on its presentations at ICHSU, where it showcased Onstamp. Onstamp is based on innovative patented technology for moving blanks through the furnace. During the presentation, the advantages of the rolling beam furnace compared to traditional roller hearth furnaces were highlighted.

Be4.0nd by GHI

GHI also presented Be4.0nd, the smart after-sales service provided by GHI. This service integrates advanced technology to ensure optimal performance and support for GHI’s products.

Many attendees, including OEMs and Tier 1 companies, expressed interest in learning more about GHI’s technology and considering it for their future hot stamping projects in China’s automotive industry.

GHI DOJO: Redefining Industrial Furnace Training

The GHI DOJO is the first Industrial Furnace Commissioning Training Center, designed for hands-on, real-world learning. This dedicated facility allows engineers, technicians, and technical students to master furnace commissioning through structured training, process standardization, and live simulations. By bridging the gap between theory and practice, the DOJO enhances operational efficiency, minimizes errors, and develops the next generation of industrial experts.
